This Privacy Policy explains how evagarcia.eu (“this site”, “I”, “me”) handles information when you visit. This is a personal website. It is meant for adults only.

What this site is
This site is mainly a public landing page with information about me, links to my profiles on other platforms, and a way to send a gift via PayPal or to contact me by email.
What data I collect
1) Technical and usage data
When you browse the site, standard technical data may be processed automatically, for example: IP address; browser type and device information; pages visited and approximate time of visit; referrer (the site you came from, if any).
I use WP Statistics on this site to understand basic traffic (how many people visit, which pages are opened). This helps me keep the site working and useful. It is not used to sell your data.
2) Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies / similar storage:
• Cookie notice preference — when you tap Accept on the cookie bar, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so the notice does not keep appearing.
• Security / hosting cookies — may be set by the hosting or security tools to protect the site (for example against abuse).
• WordPress technical cookies — only if someone logs into the admin area of the site (not needed for normal visitors).
You can clear cookies and site data anytime in your browser settings.
3) Email you send me
If you write to eva@evagarcia.eu, I receive whatever you include in the message (usually your email address and the content of the email). I use that only to reply and handle your request (for example questions about lingerie / gifts).
4) Payments / gifts
If you use the “Send a gift” button, you leave this site and complete the payment on PayPal. PayPal processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. I do not collect your card details on this website.
Links to other websites
This site links to third-party platforms, including for example OnlyFans, Chaturbate, Instagram, X (Twitter), and PayPal.
If you open those links, those services may collect and process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. I do not control how they work. Please read their policies before creating an account or sharing personal information there.
Why I process data (legal bases)
Where GDPR applies, processing is based on:
• Legitimate interest — running, securing, and understanding traffic on a personal website
• Consent — where required for non-essential cookies / similar storage (cookie notice)
• Contract / pre-contract steps — when you email me about a request and I reply
• Legal obligation — if I must keep or disclose information required by law
How long data is kept
• Server / security logs: usually for a limited technical period needed for security and troubleshooting
• Traffic statistics: kept as aggregated or technical records for as long as useful to understand site use, then deleted or anonymised where possible
• Emails: kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted unless I must keep them for legal reasons
Who I share data with
I do not sell your personal data.
